How can I make a booking?

Please refer to our Booking Policies tab for full details on how to secure your charter.

Is parking available on-site?

On-site parking is available for $50.00 per vehicle. Spaces are limited, so we encourage carpooling. Any parking fees must be paid prior to the charter.

What time should guests arrive?

What happens if a guest arrives late?

We recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled charter time to allow for boarding and pre-departure preparations.

While we can accommodate late arrivals, please note that any delayed departure due to late guests will reduce your charter time, as the charter will still end at the scheduled time.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

Ocean Spirit charters sail rain or shine. For safety reasons, charters will be rescheduled if there is an official weather warning or lightning in the area.

Are pets allowed onboard?

Yes, pets are welcome on board — we’re always happy to have them! Please note that each pet reacts differently to being on a vessel, so we ask that owners plan accordingly to ensure their pet has a safe and enjoyable charter.

Is there an age limit for charters?

Guests of all ages are welcome on board Ocean Spirit. Please note that younger and older guests should take extra care, as a certain level of mobility is required to move around the vessel safely. It is the responsibility of the accompanying guests or guardians to ensure that these guests are watched and taken care of, though our crew will also be on hand to assist whenever needed.
